Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Priority Banking Client Advisor to cultivate profitable client relationships within the Priority Banking segment. The role emphasizes wealth management, cross-selling of wealth products, and expanding the affluent client base.

The position requires a diploma or degree and relevant licenses, with a sales-driven mindset and strong interpersonal skills to excel in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking/Accounting & Finance/Economics/Marketing/Business Studies.
• Required licenses: PCE (Life); PCE (General); CIELI; FIMM/FMUTM. IPPC will be an advantage
• Passion for success and keen to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of wealth products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building profitable relationships with customers with the objective to generate revenue and deepen wealth management relationships.
• Market wealth products and cross-sell of HLBB consumer products to PB customers (mortgages, credit cards).
• Expand new customer base through referrals or advisory services with Investment Consultant team.
• Acquire and grow Priority Banking relationships and portfolio in line with PB segment goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/Investment Consultant to offer proactive financial services to affluent segments.
• Support Centre Manager in promoting market presence and achieving individual and team targets.
