Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia's Johor Bahru region seeks a Personal Banking sales & service professional to deliver personalized service to PB customers and resolve issues within target times.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, grow CASA and FD balances, collaborate with Wealth Management and Lending hubs, and maintain compliance while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies.
• At least 2-3 years banking experience, especially consumer banking.
• Fluent in English and local languages; good planning and communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to PB customers’ banking needs and resolve issues within target times.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, expand customer base and assets.
• Grow CASA, Fixed Deposits, and cross-sell investment products.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations, and Lending hubs.
• Maintain compliant practices, KYC/AML, and risk controls.
