Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver personalized service to PB customers, handle banking transactions within defined TATs, and resolve issues. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, growing AUM in CASA and Fixed Deposits, and promoting exclusive wealth products.

You will work with Wealth Management and branch teams, identify cross-sell opportunities, market product bundles, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance and fraud controls.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of banking/consumer banking experience.
• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Studies.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese (spoken/written).
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend PB customers and resolve problems within specified TAT.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by expanding customer base and AUM.
• Cross-sell products and promote bundles to deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.
