Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a results-driven professional to grow deposits, insurance and wealth products. You will cold-call, source leads, and drive new accounts while maintaining accurate client data and cross-selling related services.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
• Good track record and knowledge of wealth products (Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Dual Currency Investments).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit deposits, insurance and investment products within guidelines.
• Complete cold calling to increase acquisition through high lead conversion.
• Source and develop new customer leads via referrals.
• Handle account opening including debit card issuance.
• Account maintenance (CASA, FD) with accurate customer data in system.
• Facilitate HL Connect for new accounts to increase penetration.
• Cross-sell banking products to increase customer stickiness.
• Maintain high professionalism and comply with internal policies and sales regulations.
• Uphold service standards set by Hong Leong Bank.
