Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field
• Experience in sales-driven environment preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mandarin language is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Solicit customers for deposits, insurance and investment products per guidelines
• Complete cold calls to increase acquisition
• Source new leads through referrals and networking
• Handle account opening and debit card issuance
• Maintain customer information and CASA/FD in system
• Cross-sell banking products to increase wallet share
• Ensure professionalism in customer interactions
• Adhere to internal policies, KYC/AML and sales compliance
• Maintain service standards set by the Bank
