Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Wealth Executive to drive deposits, insurance and investment product sales within the bank's policy framework. You will perform cold calls, source leads, and manage account openings while ensuring data accuracy in the system.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree and may possess related licenses. Strong communication skills and a drive to succeed in a sales environment are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies) required.
• Licenses such as PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM, IPPC are advantageous.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven role with a good track record in wealth products.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicit customers for deposits, insurance and investment products within lending guidelines.
• Complete cold calling to generate leads and increase acquisition.
• Source new leads via referrals and actively cross-sell banking products.
• Handle account opening and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
