Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue for our Water Quality and Hydrology portfolio. You will engage existing and prospective customers via phone, email, video, and campaigns, managing the full sales cycle for a defined portfolio.

Using the Veralto Enterprise System (VES), you will analyze needs, craft solutions, and coordinate with field sales and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of inside sales or related customer-facing experience.
• Experience in water quality or environmental markets preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets by engaging existing and prospective customers via phone, email, video and campaigns.
• Manage the complete sales process for an assigned portfolio, including qualification, quotation, order placement and payment.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to retain and expand business.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, solutions, quotations and terms.
• Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data and provide reliable 30-, 60-, and 90-day forecasts.
