Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Chemist focused on water sampling, analysis, and client management across steam boilers, cooling towers, and water softeners.

You will conduct sampling and analyses, visit client sites for testing and troubleshooting, prepare quotations and invoices, and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates with suitable knowledge are welcome, and willingness to travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with suitable knowledge may be considered
• Practical and responsible
• Willing to travel to client sites
• Comfortable handling both technical work and basic administrative/client matters

Responsibilities

• Conduct water sampling from steam boilers, cooling towers, water treatment systems and other water-treatment systems
• Perform routine water analysis and record/report results
• Visit client sites for sampling, testing, inspection and basic troubleshooting
• Communicate sampling results and requirements with clients
• Prepare and issue quotations to clients
• Prepare and send invoices and follow up on documentation
• Maintain laboratory, sampling and client records
• Assist with general water-treatment and chemical-related work as required
