Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a field-based Water Sampling Technician to independently collect samples at customer sites, perform rapid on-site analyses using Nalco tools, and report results to the supervising engineer.

The role involves operating dosing systems, maintaining equipment, timely preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with Ecolab engineers during site inspections and service campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience with water sampling and on-site analysis.
• Ability to interpret test results and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to perform tasks at customer sites and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Independently collect water samples at designated points.
• Conduct rapid on-site water analysis using Nalco portable tools.
• Record, interpret, and report test results to supervising engineer.
• Perform dosing system operation and chemical handling.
• Calibrate 3DT analyzers and replace sensors.
• Inspect/replace dosing hoses and ensure system reliability.
• Provide daily performance updates and participate in reports.
• Maintain compliance with site safety and PPE guidelines.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting, optimization, and project execution.
• Be available for on-site reviews and customer meetings.
