Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, warranty operations, or dealership operations.
• Good knowledge of automotive warranty procedures and dealer operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer warranty claims in line with company policies and guidelines.
• Review documentation and data for accuracy and completeness of claims.
• Identify non-compliant claims and coordinate corrective action with dealers.
• Oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct warranty audits and monitor dealer compliance with standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly warranty performance reports.
