Job summary

Frozen Frenzy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (NON HALAL, MANDARIAN SPEAKING) to lead and optimise our warehouse operations, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right locations on time and at a competitive cost.

You will oversee inventory control, implement FIFO, plan layouts, supervise cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Warehouse/Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics.
• GMP, HACCP knowledge and related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills with internal/external parties.
• Experience in cold room logistics is a plus.
• Organised with ability to plan and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage warehouse operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand.
• Lead periodic stock checks and enforce FIFO stock rotation.
• Plan warehouse layout to prevent loss and optimise space.
• Ensure accurate cycle counts and stock documentation.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day logistics flow and cold chain processes.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (NON HALAL, MANDARIAN SPEAKING)

Job responsibilities:

1. To plan, organize, coordinate and manage the warehouse operation in order to ensure the right products are deliver to the right location on time and at a good cost.

2. Responsible for overseeing the inventory management and strictly control inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of products.

3. To lead and carry out periodic spot-checks of inventory level.

4. To plan warehouse layout and space to prevent loss or damage of goods and optimize the warehouse space.

5. Ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy, perform FIFO principle.

6. Maintain documentation transaction database and incoming records with relevant documentation

7. To ensure all warehouse and logistic reports and documentations are record timely and accurately.

8. To manage inventory system and accuracy of stocks management.

9. Manage day-to-day operations related to logistics flow, cold chain processes, and warehouse compliance.

10. Responsible for high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.

11. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management in line with competencies and responsibilities.

Qualification & Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Degree in Business Administration, Warehouse/Logistics Management or equivalent.

2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity preferably from food manufacturing industry.

3. Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP & other relevant processes.

4. Possess excellent problem solving, organizational skills and attention to details and accuracy.

5. Good interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.

6. Experience in managing cold room logistics and commercial networking will be an added advantage.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Applicants must be willing to work in OUG Parklane, Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur.

11. Monday- Friday: 07.00am – 04.00pm, Saturday: 07.00am – 11.00am
