Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure reliable incoming and outgoing operations and maintain efficient inventory movement in Kuala Lumpur.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, uphold SOPs, and drive safety initiatives while handling vehicle and driver responsibilities. Ideal candidates possess a minimum SPM qualification, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment near Pudu, with on-time task

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM qualification.
• On time completion of assigned job and responsibility correctly.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in Pudu (LRT accessible)

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and consistency of Incoming & Outgoing arrangement, analyze, and fulfill internal, external stakeholder request.
• Achieve sufficient inventory level via on-time incoming collection and ensure inventory movement efficiency.
• Responsible on all vehicle and driver related matter, such as cleanliness, maintenance, and driving behavior.
• Assist on the whole warehouse operations to ensure task completion target achieve.
• Co-ordination with other teams or departments on daily operational activity.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed.
• Continuous improvement of incoming, outgoing process, task, and route planning with the team to achieve department objective.
• Periodically Review and refine daily operations with supervisor to increase effectiveness and productivity.
• Initiate safety and security to minimize safety related incidents of the warehouse department.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned
