Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Senior Executive to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth division performance. You will oversee receiving, storage, and on-time delivery while maintaining adherence to policies and KPI targets.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, familiarity with WMS, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiar with inventory management and warehouse operational processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational issues.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse Manager / Senior Executive in daily warehouse function.
• Oversee and ensure smooth running of division operation and warehousing in line with policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve accuracy in receiving, processing, storage, and on-time delivery as per KPI.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials in warehouse facility using forklift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
