Job summary

SPX Express (Plentong) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile to coordinate and monitor last mile delivery orders, plan routes for cost efficiency, and ensure timely dispatch.

The role focuses on supervising drivers, overseeing parcel dispatch, maintaining SOP compliance, handling delivery issues, and tracking KPIs, with opportunities to train new drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Willing to work shifts, up to 6 days a week.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiar with routing, postcodes, and delivery areas.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Monitor driver and rider productivity to meet service level targets.

• Handle customer delivery issues and support basic investigation.
• Track and report last mile KPIs such as delivery success rate and on-time delivery.
• Support onboarding, training, and deployment of new drivers/riders as needed.

Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile, SPX Express (Plentong)

Job Scope:

Coordinate and monitor last mile delivery orders to ensure timely dispatch and completion

Plan and assign delivery routes based on volume, location clustering, and cost efficiency

Monitor driver and rider productivity (e.g. delivery rate, success rate, return rate) to meet service level targets

Oversee parcel dispatch from hub to ensure accuracy and proper handover to drivers

Ensure delivery operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and service quality expectations

Handle customer delivery issues (e.g. failed delivery, reschedule, POD disputes) and support basic investigation

Track and report last mile KPIs (e.g. delivery success rate, on-time delivery, cost per parcel)

Support onboarding, training, and deployment of new drivers/riders as needed

Job Requirements:

Willing to work shifts, up to 6 days a week

Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
