Job summary

Masimo in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an on-site role. You will oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and manage distribution activities for raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of warehouse systems; forklift certification is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with Danaher’s Masimo operations.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for handling supervisory level activities for one or more areas of the warehouse including: shipping, picking & packing, receiving, inventory control, warehousing and distribution functions for raw materials, in-processed goods, released finished products, supplies and product configuration. This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Warehouse and is part of the Warehouse Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise all warehouse and inventory control activities including receiving, storage, and shipment of raw materials or finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage cycle counts and timely reconciliation of count variances.
• Handle Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution functions for raw materials, in-process goods and released finished products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in warehouse and distribution systems.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Forklift and or Reach-truck certificate.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

Indoor role requiring standing/walking and able to lift and carry up 5-40 pounds. Must follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools.
