Job summary

Katrin BJ Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations for cookware and electrical products. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Logistics to maintain efficient flow of goods.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience with inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations.
Experience handling cookware and electrical products is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
Good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control procedures.
Computer literate; SAP or warehouse management systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality.
Check incoming/outgoing goods against PO/DO/packing lists and system records.
Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and stock takes.
Ensure proper arrangement, labeling and storage of cookware and electrical products.
Investigate stock discrepancies and monitor inventory movement.
Enforce FIFO and warehouse housekeeping best practices.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, Logistics and other departments.
Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of goods.
Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools and facilities.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, accurate and efficient handling of cookware and electrical products. The successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, monitor stock movement, ensure proper storage and maintain compliance with company SOPs and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

Lead, guide and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and work quality.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked against PO, DO, packing lists and system records.

Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and stock takes.

Ensure proper arrangement, labelling and storage of cookware and electrical products.

Monitor inventory movement and investigate stock discrepancies.

Ensure FIFO and proper warehouse housekeeping practices are followed.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, Logistics and other departments for smooth operations.

Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are handled safely.

Ensure warehouse equipment, tools and facilities are properly maintained.

About you

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

Experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations.

Experience handling cookware, electrical products, retail or FMCG products will be an advantage.

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.

Good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control procedures.

Computer literate; experience with SAP or warehouse management systems is an added advantage.

Able to work independently and under pressure.
