Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a warehouse supervisor or management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
• Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Ensure that all documents and reports issued are well maintained in a systematic and easy-tracking manner.
• To maintain a high level of safety and housekeeping
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Abide to all system procedures and internal controls pertaining to the Logistics department at all times.
• Perform any other related functions that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Knows how to operate Power Pallet Truck, Forklift and Double Deep Reach Truck.
• Able to work in cold environments (5c to -20c).
