Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to manage receiving, GRN processing, and stock control. You will verify stock against purchase orders, process GRN in the ERP, inspect for damage, and coordinate with purchasing on shortages while maintaining FIFO labeling and proper binning across product categories.

You will also pick, pack and dispatch for branch transfers and e-commerce orders (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada), perform cycle counts, investigate variances,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse or inventory experience in IT/electronics preferred
• Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems
• Physically fit to handle stock movement and standing for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Receive stock and verify against PO/DO
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escalate accordingly
• Coordinate with purchasing on shortages or wrong-delivery cases
• Maintain proper labeling, binning, and FIFO discipline across product categories
• Pick, pack and dispatch stock for branch transfers and e-commerce orders (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock variances
• Generate and maintain stock movement records in ERP
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and warehouse safety standards

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & GRN

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and elevate accordingly
• Coordinate with purchasing team on shortage or wrong-delivery cases

Storage & Organization

• Maintain proper product labeling, binning, and warehouse layout
• Ensure FIFO discipline across all product categories
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times

Dispatch & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for branch transfers and e-commerce orders
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with logistics/courier partners
• Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada orders
• Handle return merchandise (RMA) — receive, inspect, log, and process accordingly

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances
• Generate and maintain accurate stock movement records in ERP
• Flag slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory to purchasing team

Admin & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation — DO, GRN, transfer notes, RMA records
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards
• Coordinate with branches on urgent stock requests and transfer logistics
