Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Valid driving license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Update inventory system and generate reports for stock accuracy.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Oversee loading/unloading, stock rotation, packing, labeling, and surplus handling.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Receive all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders.
