Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, stock control and records.
• Receive, check, store and issue materials.
• Update inventory system and generate stock reports.
• Create purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Oversee loading/unloading, stock rotation, packaging and labeling.
• Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate with internal departments.
• Receive all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Driver duties: plan routes, arrange vehicle maintenance, manage payments, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Driver must have a valid license and clean record; company provides vehicles.
