Job summary

Proride Auto Suspension Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper to unload, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery orders, and to record all inventory transactions with proper documentation. You will store goods receipt in dedicated locations, maintain accurate stock records, and perform regular stock counts in a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders.
• Record all inventory transactions and maintain delivery orders and related documents.
• Store goods receipt to dedicated location with proper handling.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock counts.
• Adhere to warehouse safety and 5S practices.
• Communicate with supplier, purchasing and QC to resolve stock issues.

Job description

1 . To unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders

2. To record all inventory transactions and well kept the delivery order and other related documents before handover to next PIC.

3 .To store goods receipt to dedicated location with proper handling.

4. To maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock count.

5. To adhere to warehouse safety and maintain good 5S.

6. To communicate with supplier, purchasing and incoming QC to resolve stock issues.

Education & Qualification

1. Minimum Diploma/Certification level from Technology Institute

2. Education in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an advantage.

Required Skill & Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse storekeeping prefer in manufacturing.

2 . Able to operate forklift.

3. Proficient in basic computer skill including Microsoft Excel.

Working Conditions

1. Able to work in warehouse environment and handling heavy metal.
