Job summary

LAMPHILL SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse/Store Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and delivery coordination. The role focuses on maintaining FIFO processes, accuracy in stock counts, and efficient use of space.

You will lead a team of 5–9 staff, collaborate with office teams to ensure timely operations, and drive KPI improvements across receiving, storage, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years in warehouse operations.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FIFO system is applied to picked items.
• Carry out daily/weekly/monthly stock counts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, packing, dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfilment, loading/unloading efficiency; drive improvements.
• Lead a team of 5–9 employees handling day-to-day warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Coordinate with office teams to ensure timely operations and deliveries.
• Maintain stock accuracy and timely inventory transactions.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse security and adherence to SOPs and paperwork.
• Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Develop and evaluate staff to improve efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of all warehouse tools and equipment.

Job description

As a Warehouse/Store Supervisor at LAMPHILL SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution operations in Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organised management of our product inventory and storage facilities.

Job Functions :-

• To ensure FIFO System is applied as required by respective picked.
• To carry out the daily/weekly/monthly stock count activity.
• Accountable for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, packing, packing dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfilment, loading/unloading efficiency, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
• Leading a team of 5-9 employees who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and deliveries.
• Plan and coordinate with office teams to ensure timely operations and deliveries
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To conduct stock count and assist to account for stock discrepancies.
• To ensure the security and accountability of goods with inventory control and strict adherence to SOPs and paperwork.
• To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
• To develop and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• To suggest improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
• To be assigned special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there's need arise.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
