Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, handling, storage, and transfers with other departments.
• Ensure timely shipment of sales orders.
• Maintain KPI targets for warehouse and organization.
• Organize storage area and propose improvements.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain equipment and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Attend LSCS trainings.

Position Summary:

Supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the provision of professional incoming goods, storage and dispatch service to customers, encompassing both speed and accuracy.

What You Will Do:

• Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all inventories moving in and out of the warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
• Ensure all sales orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner
• Supervise a team of warehouse employees to accomplish warehouse and organization KPI by completing related results as needed.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and ensure all equipment in good working condition. Plan for PM and call for repair on a timely manner if required.
• Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements
• Pay attention to all LSCS awareness and attend schedule LSCS training.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Must be willing to work on Day Shift work.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.
• Solid project management skills are essential.
