Job summary

SPX Express in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily Sorting Centre operations, including receiving, sorting and outbound. The role involves scheduling, staffing and workflow management, and coordinating with site stakeholders to meet SLA targets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and provide daily reports; experience with WMS is encouraged. Diplomas or degrees in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, SCM, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations including receiving, sort and outbound
• Involves scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of KPIs
• Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
• Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
• Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
