Job summary

Pakai Industries Berhad is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support loading and unloading, stock arrangement, and general warehouse duties. The role emphasizes physical fitness and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, labeling, preparing delivery goods, aiding stock takes and keeping documentation up to date. You will help maintain a safe, organized warehouse and operate equipment where authorized.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and arrange incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery.
• Safely load and unload goods and move items within the warehouse.
• Maintain organized storage and accessible goods.
• Assist with stock takes, inventory updates and records.
• Prepare basic warehouse documents (DO, AWB, GRN).
• Update stock movements in the system and coordinate with teams.
• Support daily operations and assist with container activities as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organized.
• Operate or assist with pallet jacks, forklifts and reach trucks where permitted.
