Job summary

VACC SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Packer / Warehouse Assistant to support daily e-commerce warehouse operations. The role involves packing, QC, stock receiving, picking orders, and general warehouse duties.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures. Training will be provided, and applicants should be comfortable handling bulky automotive accessories and working independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products before packing to ensure good condition.
• Pick, pack, scan and prepare online orders for shipment.
• Pack securely to minimize damage during transport.
• Reinforce packaging with wood or protective materials when needed.
• Handle bulky automotive accessories up to 120 cm long.
• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and condition.
• Perform QC checks on incoming stock per company standards.
• Organize and store products in correct warehouse locations.
• Ensure items are received and dispatched properly.
• Print and prepare courier CNs for outgoing orders.
• Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with stock transfers between stores or locations.
• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Packer / Warehouse Assistant to support our daily e-commerce warehouse operations.

This role involves more than just packing parcels. You will also assist with product QC, receiving incoming stock, picking orders, stock checking, stock transfers and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect products before packing to ensure they are in good condition.

Pick, pack, scan and prepare online orders accurately for shipment.

Pack products securely to minimize damage during transportation.

Reinforce packaging using wood or additional protective materials when necessary.

Handle larger automotive accessory products, including items up to approximately 120cm long.

Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and product condition.

Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on incoming stock according to company standards.

Organize and store incoming products in the correct warehouse location.

Ensure items are correctly received into and dispatched from the warehouse.

Print and prepare courier consignment notes (CN) for outgoing orders.

Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

Assist with stock transfers between stores or warehouse locations.

Report damaged, missing or incorrect products to the person in charge.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.

Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks when required.

Requirements
