Job summary

CWHUB MALAYSIA VENTURES is seeking a reliable Warehouse / Packing Assistant for its Bandar Mahkota Cheras e-commerce warehouse. You will handle daily picking, packing, stock handling and general warehouse operations to ensure accurate order processing.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. The role is full-time with stable hours, Saturday half-day, Sunday off, and opportunities for salary increments based on performance.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Packing Assistant to join our e-commerce warehouse team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras. You will be responsible for daily picking, packing, stock handling and general warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Check product quantity, model and condition before packing.

Prepare and arrange parcels for courier collection.

Assist with receiving, unloading and organising incoming stock.

Move, arrange and organise products within the warehouse.

Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.

Check and organise returned parcels when required.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Assist other team members during high-order-volume periods.

Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

About you

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Warehouse, packing or e-commerce experience is an advantage.

Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting and moving goods.

Responsible, punctual and reliable with good attendance.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Good teamwork and positive working attitude.

Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Able to start work on short notice is an advantage.

Basic salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500

Full-time position with stable working hours.

Saturday is a half-day only, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Sunday off.

On-the-job training provided.
