Job summary

Avail Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Storekeeper cum Admin Clerk to manage warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced setting. The role requires someone who is organised, hands-on, and able to work independently.

You will oversee stock intake and dispatch, process inventory, and ensure goods are in good condition while maintaining 5S standards and coordinating with internal and external teams. The position suits both long-term and contract engagements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
• Languages (written & spoken): Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
• Own transport required.
• Open to both long-term employment and contract-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and checking all incoming & outgoing stocks in warehouse.
• Handle loading and unloading of container stock.
• Process inventory and prepare goods for delivery.
• Ensure all goods in store/warehouse in good condition.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Trustworthy and meticulous in daily operation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties as needed.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
