Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to monitor outbound and online order operations, ensuring timely replies and KPI targets. The role emphasizes accuracy in picking and daily KPI tracking within a warehouse environment, with a focus on 5S and safety standards.

The candidate should hold a SPM/Diploma, be proficient in calculation, and have basic Excel skills. Malay language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with local teams.

Qualifications

• SPM/DIPLOMA or must be able to read, write and expert on calculation.
• Malay language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & run Outbound / Online order operation.
• Achieve outbound / online order fulfilment KPI.
• Reply emails from customer & planners within 24 hours.
• Ensure wave the correct shop picking according to schedule and based on urgent request.
• Responsible to ensure KPI dashboard monitoring on daily basis.
• Monitor daily BY system order transaction.
• Monitor emails and reply accordingly.
• Ensure everyone follow warehouse SOP.
• Ensure on warehouse 5S and Safety
