Ensure warehouse operations align with organizational vision and mission

Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space

Plan and coordinate warehouse operations in accordance with policies and procedures

Develop and implement procedures to improve workflow efficiency and minimize overtime

Manage inventory control and reconcile with system records

Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies

Ensure systematic and accurate documentation

Manage warehouse P&L, billing, costing, and budgeting

Plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational requirements

Monitor staff productivity and performance

Manage and resolve daily operational issues to achieve short- and long-term goals

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues

Receive feedback and monitor service quality

Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments

Identify operational risks and investigate incidents

Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, problems, and irregularities

Ensure compliance with work procedures, company policies, and health & safety regulations

Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner

Conduct routine warehouse inspections

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Identify areas for improvement (processes, procedures, work environment, etc.)

Manage warehouse supplies and equipment

Escalate issues to Management and recommend solutions

Coordinate activities with other departments

Monitor staff attendance, health, satisfaction, and work attitude

Communicate staff-related issues with the HRA Department

Job Requirement

Minimum Degree in related field.

Minimum five (5) years of experience as warehouse managerial roles.
