Job summary

Polypaq is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Malaysia. You will lead, train, and supervise the warehouse and logistics team, plan daily schedules, and monitor performance metrics to ensure accurate stock and on-time dispatch.

You will enforce safety protocols, manage stock accuracy with cycle counts and audits, and coordinate with transport vendors to optimize freight costs while maintaining audit-ready conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities: goods receiving, stock picking, packing, dispatch.
• Lead, train and supervise the warehouse and logistics team.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign floor tasks.
• Monitor performance metrics for individuals and teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and logistics providers.
