Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee the end-to-end warehouse and logistics activities. You will manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and safeguard stock accuracy while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include warehouse space optimization, FIFO adherence, and maintaining proper documentation for delivery orders and stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of inventory.
• Plan and coordinate fleet and delivery operations to meet schedules and service timelines.
• Manage warehouse space and storage capacity with proper allocation and accessibility.
• Control issuing and return of ingredients and packaging materials for production with accurate records.
• Monitor stock rotation and enforce FIFO to prevent spoilage and shortages.
• Maintain documentation for DOs, GRNs, stock movements and related records.
• Track warehouse and logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, movements, and delivery performance.
