Job summary

Glaspak Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations in Malaysia. The role will supervise warehouse staff and ensure goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and safely.

Key responsibilities include supervising loading/unloading, coordinating with drivers, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, and supporting stock counts with accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing operations.
• Ability to supervise warehouse staff and supervise activities.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Check incoming goods for quantity, condition and discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are properly stored, labelled and protected from damage.
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods.
• Ensure orders are picked and prepared accurately for delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport companies for collections and deliveries.
• Supervise Warehouse Assistant and General Workers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff attendance, discipline and productivity.
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping, safety and storage standards.
• Support stock counts and investigate physical stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records.
• Report damaged, missing or unidentified goods promptly.
• Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment are used safely.
• Identify ways to improve warehouse layout, efficiency and productivity.
