Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume/high-mix production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Oracle/ERP/SAP/MRP tools and lean improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of operators for incoming JO kitting, daily shipment packing, and inventory control per production plan.
• Manage FIFO and Kanban-based lot handling and tracking, with traceable storage locations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure constant material supply for WIP; report progress in daily operations meetings.
