Job summary

Superlon Worldwide in Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics professional to join our expanding team. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse activities, improving efficiency, and coordinating distribution to support smooth operations.

Fresh graduates may be considered; a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field is preferred. A forklift licence is an asset, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are required to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background or industrial training may be considered.
• Forklift licence is an added advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse activities to improve storage and distribution efficiency.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to warehouse staff and manage schedules.
• Enforce warehouse policies and SOPs; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports and analyze data to identify improvements.
• Coordinate warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities with other departments.
• Oversee forklift usage and maintenance; coordinate refresher guidance for drivers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow and service continuity.
• Coordinate monthly and annual stocktakes and support inventory records accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PPC Manager, Factory Manager, or Management.
