Job summary

Atlantic Hitz Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations & Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory control and operational support.

The role covers stock intake, storage planning, procurement and delivery coordination, documentation and general warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and able to balance hands-on tasks with administrative work.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, operations or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL or inventory/warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan and schedule procurement and deliveries according to orders and project needs.
• Receive, check and record incoming goods.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing goods for delivery or collection.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stock issuance, storage and distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and stock movements.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products and materials.
• Plan warehouse layout to maximise storage space.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and well maintained.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse utilisation reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners as needed.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance as required.
• Follow up on operational issues to ensure timely orders.
