Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kulim invites applications for a Warehouse Executive to support daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and guarantee timely material supply to production.

You will manage receipts, storage, issuing, and returns, perform stock counts, coordinate with Purchasing, and uphold safety and cleanroom standards while communicating across English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and return of raw materials and spare parts.
• Ensure accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and implement FIFO practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure material availability.
• Oversee unpacking, labeling, and material transfer to production.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, and cleanroom requirements.
• Prepare inventory reports and support inventory analysis and audits.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
