Job summary

VGO Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to coordinate daily shipments, process e-commerce orders, and monitor stock movement. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork across internal teams and suppliers.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training provided, with 5 working days per week and staff discounts available. The company operates as an international general and wholesale trader with multiple brands, including Madwave.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.
• Process and prepare e-commerce orders.
• Monitor stock movement and inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and outlets.
• Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with stock receiving and inventory checks.
