Job summary

XP Power is a global leader in power solutions seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Seri Iskandar, Perak. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and invoicing while maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP system.

Emphasis on inventory control, 5S housekeeping, safety and timely data entry. Qualifications include a Diploma in Warehouse Management or related field, basic Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations and administrative activities with accurate inventory management and documentation.
Receive, check, store, pick, pack and issue materials; verify against orders and records.
Maintain inventory records in the ERP system and perform cycle counts.
Prepare warehouse documents, reports and records; process GRN and delivery orders.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics for schedules and material requirements.
Follow safety, 5S and environmental requirements; assist audits with records.
