Job summary

XP Power is seeking an organized warehouse operator in Perak, Malaysia. You will perform daily warehousing tasks and ensure timely material flow to production lines. Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and EWM is desirable. Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and 5S standards.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication as you coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basis knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse systems— SAP S/4HANA, EWM is a plus.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
• Update inventory records accurately in ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA) and maintain proper documentation.
• Support timely material supply to production lines.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies or damages.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO, and quality compliance.
• Follow safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures.
