Job summary

XP Power, a global leader in power solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Seri Iskandar, Perak.

You will handle daily warehouse tasks, maintain ERP records in SAP S/4HANA, and support production with timely material supply.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma and 2-3 years in manufacturing warehousing, is detail oriented, and proficient in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and SAP S/4HANA; EWM is a plus.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficient in written & spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch of materials
• Update inventory records accurately in ERP/WMS systems (SAP S/4HANA) and maintain proper documentation
• Support timely material supply to production lines
• Assist in cycle counts and stock takes; report discrepancies or damages
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams
• Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and quality compliance
• Follow safety, housekeeping (5S), and company procedures.
