Job summary

R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd) is seeking a warehouse internship to support daily dispatch, stock handling and delivery coordination. You will assist with picking, packing, labelling orders and maintaining stock accuracy in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Ideal candidates are diploma/degree students or fresh graduates in logistics or business, able to commit to 5 days per week, with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and a detail-oriented, reliable mindset.

Qualifications

• Current Diploma/Degree student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Official internship letter from university/college is required.
• Able to commit to 5 days per week.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with picking, packing and labelling orders for daily dispatch.
• Assist with stock receiving, sorting and stock counts.
• Check products for defects and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for parcel collection and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
