Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to support distribution, picking, packing and shipping activities. The role involves handling spares documentation, ensuring clear handovers and effective communication with supervisors.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of adapting to shift schedules and overtime as required.

• Able to read and write English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to use good judgment in decision making.
• Fundamental working knowledge of statistics.
• Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Able to adjust priorities per business needs.
• Able to handle MHE where required.

Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse in distribution and shipping; process order fulfilment from inventory, scanning, pick and pack.
• Assist with documentation for incoming and outgoing spares; maintain clear handover and fast communication to supervisor.
• Must be able to work shifts and overtime as needed.
• Execute day-to-day operational duties to fulfil key metrics for the company and customers.
