Job summary

JD.com, a global technology and logistics leader, invites graduates to join the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program based in Selangor, Klang. You will participate in real warehouse operations, supporting inbound, putaway, picking, packing and outbound shipping while learning JD Logistics processes.

Qualifications

Degree in logistics, supply chain, quality management or related field required.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO) and warehouse safety.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or discrepancies.
Analytical mindset to interpret quality data and trends.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound shipping.
Assist in inventory counting and reconcile system data with physical stock.
Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain records.
Support supervisors with on-site coordination and issue escalation.
Maintain 5S standards for a safe, organized workspace.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
