Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support daily operations in our warehouse. You will pick, pack and prepare products for delivery, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

You will perform basic quality checks, assist loading/unloading, maintain a clean, organized space, and help track product samples for internal and client use. Training is provided for those new to warehouse work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery according to order specifications.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods for deliveries and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse at all times.
• Manage and track product samples for internal and client use.
• Support the Sales Operations Executive in arranging and coordinating logistics deliveries.
• Assist general warehouse duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
