Job summary

BULK FORWARDING & WAREHOUSING SDN BHD is recruiting for a warehouse operator to support daily warehouse operations in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching goods safely and accurately, with attention to inventory and quality control.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or SPM/ Degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office is required to manage records and communications.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in fertilizer warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch.
• Tally incoming and outgoing goods against Delivery Orders.
• Update inventory records and report stock status to supervisor.
• Perform bag weight verification and product quality inspections as required.
• Assist production and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain 5S/7S standards and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, space management, and other warehouse activities as instructed.

Key Responsibilities

• To support daily operation of warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, handled, and dispatched safely and accurately.
• Arrange and verify all incoming and outgoing goods by tallying them against the corresponding Delivery Order (DO).
• Update inventory records accurately and report inventory status to the immediate superior.
• Perform bag weight verification and product quality inspections as required.
• Support production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times in accordance with 5S/7S standards.
• Assist in all warehouse physical activities, including stock counts, cycle counts, space management, and other warehouse activities as instructed by the superior to ensure efficient and smooth warehouse operations.
