Job summary

DHL Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily inbound and outbound operations at the Puncak Alam site. You will be responsible for picking, put-away, pallet ferrying, and stock checks while ensuring accuracy and safety. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to SOPs, precise documentation, and teamwork to meet KPIs and maintain orderly warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Able to read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to use good judgment in making decisions.
Fundamental working knowledge of statistics.
Able to function in a warehouse with little or no direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead, monitor and follow up daily inbound and outbound operations.
Prepare incident reports for damages or discrepancies.
Visually inspect cargo for dents, wetness, tears, or shortages; tally and ensure accuracy.
Verify documents and update systems timely.
Ensure work instructions and SOPs are followed strictly.
Notify supervisor if issues arise to ensure efficient execution.
Perform picking, put-away and ferry pallets to staging area.
Unload incoming stocks and load outgoing stocks.
Assist in housekeeping during cycle counts.
Report damages to Supervisor, Operations.
Maintain cleanliness of surrounding work area.
Adhere to Safety Regulations for operating MHE.
