Job summary

Sinotrans Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd., the flagship Malaysian subsidiary of Sinotrans Limited, is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Operations Assistant.

You will manage inbound and outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, process orders in SAP, and coordinate deliveries from our Shah Alam facility. The ideal candidate has at least SPM or equivalent, 1–2 years in logistics or supply chain, is proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, and can work shifts including public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/system.
• Able to work shifts and Public Holidays if required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound orders in SAP.
• Process and print product labels, prepare put-away lists, and update relevant SAP transactions.
• Identify and report goods discrepancies, damages, or receiving issues via email and/or SAP.
• Maintain and update inbound receiving records and documentation.
• Generate daily cycle count reports and coordinate stock verification activities.
• Perform system stock movement adjustments for identified discrepancies, subject to required approval.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow up on stock discrepancies.
• Plan and allocate trucks based on daily delivery orders for local and outstation deliveries.
• Coordinate with local and outstation transporters to ensure timely vehicle arrangements.
• Generate and print dispatch labels, picking lists, loading lists, and Delivery Orders for outbound operations.

Job description

This role involves managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, inventory control, and transport coordination. You will be responsible for processing orders in SAP, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring stationery and label stock levels to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process inbound orders in the customer’s SAP system.

Process and print product labels, prepare put-away lists, and update relevant transactions in SAP.

Identify and report goods discrepancies, damages, or receiving issues through email and/or SAP.

Maintain and update all inbound receiving records and documentation.

Generate daily cycle count reports and coordinate stock verification activities.

Perform system stock movement adjustments for identified discrepancies, subject to required approval.

Monitor inventory accuracy and follow up on stock discrepancies.

About you
