- Receive goods ordered and verify packing list / shipment advise / PO against supplier’s DO.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of inventory in the warehouse.
- Administer and coordinate warehouse activities.
- Monitor and control inventories and spare parts and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Maximize space utilization in the warehouse.
- Receive goods ordered and verify DO.
- Examine goods received and stock against deterioration and damage, and report finding.
- Verify items to be sent against DO / Exchange DO / Cash Sales Bill before delivery is carried out.
- Dispose/write off of stocks in accordance to instruction of HoC and prepare documents for approval.
- Locate, pack and make ready goods for shipment / delivery to customers or exchange / return to principal.
- Ensure that the DO / Exchange DO / Cash Sales Bill is duly stamped and acknowledged by the customers.
- Take precautions to protect warehouse contents against losses.
- Attend to delivery / collection enquiries and complaints.
- Maintains stocks / inventory information.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline or its equivalent.
- Able to drive a forklift.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in related field.
- Task and result oriented.
- Good public relation, interpersonal, leadership and coordination skills.
- Persuasive and a good team player.
