Job summary

ASE SEMICONDUCTOR (PENANG) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper at Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will manage storage, prepare materials for production, and maintain inventory records in the warehouse system.

You will liaise with production, engineering and planning teams to resolve warehouse issues, ensure material accuracy, and coordinate shipment bookings with forwarders. A forklift/pallet jack experience is preferred, and SAP or Oracle knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse storekeeper or similar required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations and time management.
• Ability to operate pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for storing materials at designated rack or area.
• Prepare material for production issuing.
• Maintain inventory tracking in warehouse system and stock count.
• Liaise with production, engineering and planning departments on warehouse related issues.
• Ensure and able to detect any material error or discrepancy.
• Prepare invoices reflecting contents, pricing and destination for finished products shipped.
• Liaise with forwarder for shipment pick-up and flight booking.
